SOP: Supplier Onboarding Flow (Sales)

If you have identified a new supplier you would like to work with at Aura, this needs to be confirmed via Brette or Jon before onboarding can begin.

Supplier Onboarding

Only Brette, Jon or Daisy should follow the steps in HubSpot to create a new supplier Onboarding deal, this will initiate the onboarding workflow.

Important: We will only place orders through approved suppliers.

Contracts

Before initiating onboarding, consider the contractual setup:

  • An NDA is always required before proceeding
  • The supplier will likely insist that we sign their agreement.
