SOP: Requesting Spectralink Support

  • Email technicalsupport@spectralink.com and attach a VIP service export log if possible.
    • Abbott will first have to upload it here. From there, it can be downloaded and sent as an attachment.
  • Reference the customer and account number in the subject line. The body of the email should reference the key support contract, what the issue is, where it happened, any other detail regarding time of day or other pattern occurrence, and the perceived business impact.
